ICD Property
ICD Property was started by its chairman Michael Mai in 2009. As a Melbourne-based specialist property development firm, ICD has projects across Australia and New Zealand which focus on residential and commercial sectors. The company’s sustainable projects utilise offshore capital investments between China and Australian, helping extend ICD’s global presence and network.
The company gained a significant amount of attention due to its partnership with Ohmie Go, an Australian tech start-up that launched the first premiere electric car-sharing service run from the Eq. Tower. The 63-storey residential building features 633 apartments and is the first to offer residents an electric car-sharing service.
ICD is also known for the Aspire Melbourne building and the City Tattersalls Club, located at 194-204 Pitt St in Sydney. They are also responsible for a current project based in New Zealand and designed by architects Woods Bagot is the development at 65 Federal St. A 48-level tower that will stand around 180m high featuring 226 apartments, a 233-room 5-star hotel, rooftop garden and ground floor Market Place.
