By submitting Your Content, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content on the Platform and for our business purposes.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove any of Your Content at our sole discretion, without notice.

4. Disclaimer on Property Listings

The property listings on our Platform are provided for informational purposes only. We act as a facilitator and are not a party to any transactions between buyers, sellers, or other users. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing.

You acknowledge that all reliance on information from a property listing is at your own risk.
It is your responsibility to verify all information with the relevant parties (e.g., real estate agents, property owners, legal professionals).

5. E-commerce Terms and Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

If you purchase goods or services from our online store, the following terms apply:

a) Consumer Guarantees:

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
