Inspired by Beyonce’s curves, the tower’s silver and blue-hued glass facade mimics the performer’s essence and minimises wind effects and oscillation. With a height of 249 metres, Premier Tower will be among Melbourne’s top 10 tallest buildings upon completion in mid-2020. Designed by Elenberg Fraser, the tower features luxurious amenities such as an indoor lap pool, saunas, steam rooms, and a fully equipped gymnasium.

The tower overlooks the Southern Cross Station, which handles 90,000 daily passengers and 17 million yearly, and sits a tram stop away from Melbourne Docklands, where residents can enjoy waterfront bars, restaurants, and entertainment.
